How do you guys handle stray cats?

I have nothing against them, only issue I have is the damage they do to our property!

We have quite a few stray cats in our community and the "cat lovers" are doing everything they can to protect them.
But again, numerous complains of them peeing in motorcycles, scratching cars and motorcycle seats. Paw marks everywhere etc
I was initially thinking of buying an anti-cat spray - pero it wouldn't last long (daw) if used outdoors
Then I saw sa YouTube na spraying vinegar will work - parang hindi naman
If I use an automatic cat repellant (the one that will release high pitched sounds) - kawawa naman yung pet owners sa community namin.
Any other suggestions?
