Mothers Step 1 (Pre-Wax Cleaner) on new car.

Mga sirs, my car is 4 months old, mayroon na siyang body watermarks and hairline scratches due to daily use and cleaning. My question is, kailangan ko ma ba gamitan ng mothers step 1 pre-cleaner wax or pwede na ako mag skip sa 1st step and diretso na ako sa step 2 (sealer and glaze) and step 3 (carnauba wax). Will it remove the watermarks and hairline scratches without going thru step 1? Bago lang naman kase ung kotse and some say na once a year lang dapat gamitin ang step 1 kase nga nakakanipis ng clearcoat. Thank you!
