Top Reasons to buy a Second Car

I would just like to get your opinions or reasoning in buying a second car. What made you buy a second car?

We are contemplating on getting a second car ourselves. But I would just like to hear some "experienced" opinions on the matter, if it actually makes sense in getting one. :)
