Used to be "5pm-6am" written under the signages leading to the u-turn slot. This was erased and was supposed to be open always 24/7. But some unscrupulous MMDA TEs used the "5am-6am" rule to milk some unfortunate motorists. Only recently someone reported this on FB...

Regarding the post going around about confusing signage at EDSA Santolan Uturn slot and MMDA enforcers allegedly preying on motorists in that area, the matter has been forwarded to both EDSA enforcement heads and to Traffic Engineering Center. The signages will be modified to relay a clearer message.
