Need Advise: Car Registration

Good Day Tsikoters,

May nabili po akong 2nd hand car and I am planning to accomplish the following Transfer of Ownership, Change Color, Change of Venue of MV Registration and Renewal. Possible po ba na pagsabayin ko lahat ito during renewal? The car is due for renewal next month. And also, ok lang po ba na i-process ito sa nearest LTO office in my area or sa LTO office kung saan naka register yung car? In my case, I live in Cavite but the car is currently registered in QC.
